This slide will keep your tie securely in place without crimping the leather cord. Lapidary work, design and fabrication all done by Ran.

The stone in this bolo tie is genuine Kingman Turquoise which has been crushed, stabilized and fused with a golden bronze metal matrix. This material does not come out of the ground this way, but this treatment certainly creates a beautiful gemstone. We purchase the material in "rough" block form and cut the designer cabochons in our shop.
Hand crafted Bolo Ties and Belt Buckles offer unique expressions in contemporary designs. Stand out from the crowd with an exceptional tie and/or buckle featuring spectacular hand cut stones and innovative metal work.
Master Lapidarist Ran Armstrong has spent decades honing his crafts in lapidary arts, jewelry design and metal sculpting. Starting with large pieces of rough material (rocks), Ran cuts slabs. He then begins the process of studying each slab to find the most interesting picture, pattern or color combinations before cutting the final cabochon for a jewelry piece.
Each piece is created one at a time and is one of a kind which will be Distinctively Yours.
